Brookdale House is just two
and a half miles from the main A38 Exeter to Plymouth
road. From Exeter, take the Avonwick, South Brent
exit off the A38 and follow signs to South Brent,
continue through the village and turn left onto
B3210 to Avonwick. In Avonwick turn right opposite
Avon Inn and take first left to North Huish. Continue
to the top of hill and turn right. At bottom of
hill turn right, Brookdale House is first on the
